I still have a big Ona jar sitting near my apartment entrance. I only open it up during harvest and manicure, as an extra step. Have it for more that 5 years. Only open it a few days per year on harvest - kick ass negative pressure takes care of all smells, except of course during harvest and manicure
I also have a ozone generator one level inside, to kill all escaping smell (like bathroom/kitchen vents that are also connected to neighbours vents) - this has been quite effective.
To note, that authorities and seasoned dogs will recognise the Ona smell by association. I highly recomment ozone generators, they work great, kill off any smells, are virtually odorless… they do emit a sort of "hospital" scent, because this is what hospital use to scrub the air from infectious agents. In excess Ozone is hazardous to plants and humans, so please take care. But used in the right way it cleans all smells, makes your air healthier to everyone (including plants) without adding any chemical scent
