DIY DIY Extra Tent Bar?

Anyone have any experience with this? I would love to find the snap on clips that insert in pipe like Gorilla Grow uses on their High CFM Kit to add extra side roof/side support with pvc and also try to build a similar gear board to the one they sell

I would use a piece of C-Channel aluminum and bailing wire - but that is just me!

You can have the part 3D printed for what ever size you want if you cant find them. I've been making all sorts of stuff for my first grow setup. Only took me a minute to design it but I don't have a Gorilla tent for sizing , trying to sort out a Mars Hydro tent purchase with some missing parts. If you have the measurements I can post the design file up for you.

I used some 1x, drill a few holes at end and attach zipties. Get the ziptie tightness correct and it's adjustable for height. I'v added more since to include a board up high in back to mount my 12" oscillating fan.

The 1x was left over from work around the house, and typically the lumber bow's, worked perfect to hold the sidewalls out a bit.

this is what i came up with just some 1/2 pvc and some 90s its working so far

I redesigned it to be easier to print so it goes in the 1/2" sch40 pvc pipe and not outside

The mars poles are 16mm and it fits nice on them, I can change the model to 15mm vivsun poles if you'd like.
As far as making them goes , if you have a friend with a 3D printer I can post the design or if you're in the US I may be able to put them on one of my printers when they're free.

What I did in mine is add those cheap window curtain hangers and just zip tied them to the poles.
