Indoor Dinafem White Cheese and Haze Autos update.

Do to losing pics on other thread I decided to start a new one.Here we are at day 38 and so far so good.
Dinafem Haze Auto
Dinafem White Cheese Auto
Canna Coco Substrate in 5gallon SmartPots
Canna Coco A&B 10ml of each and Epsom Salts
AdvancedLED Diamond DS100
3x65w cfl and 1x55wcfl (I got my heat issues with the cfl's under control)

Nice grow there, Swamp! You've got some nice bushes there. I have a Dinafem Haze 2.0 and Dianafem Cheese beans I will be throwing on next week, I hope they get nearly as big as yours!

I am thinking of getting an advance 100 flowering LED to add to my CFL rack. I only flower iff this rack in my Bubbly tank all the grow up to flower is done in totes in a seperate room with there own grow type lighting. Are you pleased with your Advance light after using it for a while?

So far so good with the Advanced DS100...it has two switches on it to control the light so that you can veg or throw all the light to it....I think it would be an awesome light for a clone/veg room...the first 25 days or so of my plants life was all on the LED as I was having heat issues running the cfl's too...I will probably buy a higher wattage one later down the road.
All in all IMO it was a pretty good buy.I just wish it covered a larger area,as a 100 watt its really only good for 1 big plant.If you were growing in smaller containers with smaller strains you could fit more.My two plants outgrew this light pretty easily which is why I worked so hard to get my temps with the cfls under control,I needed the extra light.Core coverage with this light is 1.5ftx2ft I believe so keep that in mind.The 100 would probably do well in a 2x2,nothing bigger.

I am leaving all my CFLs on and in place. They grew OK but not fabulous. Last year I added two cheap Chinese made LED 100 watters to both ends of the light racK. I got way better flower at the ends than in the middle and increased my yield from my tank. This year before the rack gets started again I wanted to add a better LED to the middle and if I really like it I will change my Chinese units when they die to match the middle unit so I would have 3 small racks of LED's going. My tank is fairly large 4X8 ft. and I am a bubbly tank growing SOG style. My bubbly tank is for flower only. I do rinse and start up in other rooms in bubbly totes.

If you are pretty happy with the cheap chinese LED's then you will probably love the Advanced.

Me too. Plus a Pakistan Ryder and two AutoJack - all in their first few days above ground.

Let's see here ... SwampApe is using 250 watts total cfl plus the 100w LED ... that works out to about 30,000 lumens (?) total... I'm guessing that gro room is 30 inches (???) wide and 3 feet (?) long ... so he's using ...hmmm (only) 3500 - 4000 (?) lumens per sq. foot right??? The thing I like about flouros is that they help spread the light out so nicely over the entire gro. That is a really good looking grow for 2500-3000 l/ft2!!! (no co2 right?). The nice thing about that LED is that there is tons of red and blue light - not alot of power wasted on useless green

But I wonder if 4000 l/ft2t is enough light to get good flowering? Those are someof the best quality autos you can buy - shouldn't you be seeing more flowers by Day 38?
