Dinafem Dinafem Quick Kush & Quick Critical

not really...i just saw where you said drying curing was a weak point of yours and thought the article might help you out.
Thanks Weed! It is a weak point. My trouble is keeping the humidity in the sweet spot, but each grow goes a little better.

Wow how did I miss the bud pics, absolutely gorgeous buds! Definitely top shelf meds I wanna run Dinafem so bad now lol! :worship:

Do it :smoking: Also a breeze to clone, probably fastest and easiest clones I’ve ever taken.

How much did they each weigh? Sorry if I missed it!

My main plant, in the DWC, was 4 oz dry. That’s just nice bud, the rest I didn’t weigh and was turned into hash. The one in the AutoPot is drying now but she was much smaller. The bud above, is a clone, one of four in a bubbler and has a few more weeks to go.
So in a 4x4 tent, you could pull a pound at least off four plants fast. If you clone you can be pulling some great numbers.

I’m sure I read it, but will look again for sure. I started hanging to dry to get even nicer herb at the end. So far the smell is way nicer.

Hanging to dry vs brown bag?

Both :pass:

My approach has always been

1 prior to harvest I'll remove all fan leaves which makes the next stages more easier (Done over 3-4 day's a few each day)

2 chop the whole plant and either cut of the stems or leave whole.

3 give a quick trim to remove leaves that have no trichomes

4 hang to dry with the right humidity 60% temps around 65o(f), dark room with plenty of airflow.

5 after 5-7 day's I'll remove all buds from the big stems. Do a good trim over a "trim bin" or hash screen

6 I'll now jar or brown bag my weed for another 5-7 day's. I prefer glass jars with boveda pack 58% if I recall :pass: I don't use boveda if I'm brown bagging

After a week like this I'll do my final trim and quality control check :pass:

Then cure time. In glass with Boveda packs

That's just my method buddy, adapt to suit

All the best :bong:

Nice! Thanks for the in depth reply Mark! Seems like quite a few folks hang dry and then go into brown bags. Must be a reason for it!
