Hi guys new to this grow log stuff but have grown before photos and autos for around a year. Compleated roughly 6 grows with adverage of 1.5-2oz pp thought IDD like to give it a shot to document my current setup as I haven't been growing since a recent attack and now I have the opportunity to do it again but with a different approach using led instead of my 250w HPS . My plants are 12 days from seed today !

The set-up is ...

LED mars hydro 300w new model 130w draw from wall.


1x 7.5ltr container standard

1x 10ltr airpot

1x secret jarden 60x60x140cm

1x can fan 4" L1 + prima kilma 4" filter

Plant magic supreme soil

Plant magic grow + biobizz bloom + topmax + cal mag

Now heres the tricky bit when I first planted them into root riots they were labeled either side of a bowl ..... Until the misses moves them into another bowl because its her special expensive rubbish and mixes them up.. Never trust anyone .... So now I'm left guessing give it a few weeks longer and I'm hoping to find out by smell or structure .


Finally finished my tent set-up this afternoon everything in place just got to cut the hole in the cupboard for the ducting to vent out.. I'll upload some pictures shortly.

Just got to cut a hole thru the ceiling to vent air into my attic its 22c in there now with fan and filter running was 27c big drop now and no more light leaks through the door frame . I'll be updating weekly so be sure to comment on any improvements that could be made or just say hi.

I'm upgrading to a gn hs1 either before or just after harvest can't wait .

For jusr 12 days old im quite amazed at how big these are. It will also be good to see a side by side grow with traditional round pots v,s air-pots.

@Dinafem-Mark Roots are already coming out the bottom ... I just checked the other pot ( normal one ) and there growing out of the bottom of that one also :smoking:

Healthy happy vigrant roots usually equalls a very happy plant. Thank you for the update. Very much appreciated. Can I ask are you noticing any growth difference between the air-pot plants and the traditional pots?

No problem @Dinafem-Mark the only difference I've noticed is the airpot plant is bigger/ bushier at the moment its around 1/1/2" taller than the standard pot also. Can't wait for them to have there growth spurts any day now I hope thank you for replying

Hi I'm here for the show looking forward to seeing how both of them turn out. I have seeds for them. Thinking they will be pretty good smoke. Your set up looking nice too. Your getting some nice growth there. You should have some nice ones.

Thankyou very much @zepherlight yes they are growing rapidly now I'm thinking in the next week or 2 max I'll be starting bloom nutes I'll be updating every Friday so be sure to watch these babies plump up thanks for your comment much appreciated

Nice to hear that they have hit the rapid growth phase. They look to be coming along a treat. Nice and healthy, staying very squat but busy. I take it this is down to the led,s? as im seeing this a lot with led grows. Very little stretch and more bushy plants, have you found this?
