How long into your grow should you keep some of the veg nutes in the mix when watering? I just started giving a mix of the bloom and veg and i think they like it so far.

Hey JEM, Your plants look super! There are so many different types of nutes and schedules for them- did you try finding some sort of info on the particular nutes that you're using? Plus some plants need more and some are happy with less...

Very true... guess that was kind of a generic question. But yea, i havent burnt them yet, so i guess i will just keep on slowly raising the dosage higher and higher til i see some. I was generally just talking about how others do there nutes. I know a couple of ppl that just stop the veg nutes all together right when they start flowering. Guess its all a preferenceas thing tho, long as you keep the girlies green and growin.

Thanks for dropping thru noods!

No sweat JEM, I was pretty sure you meant something other than what I understood when I read that question. LOL.
I went all through seedling and veg with my home-brewed teas and for the last ~3 weeks I've gradually changed to just Bio Bizz Fish Mix and Bio Bloom, always with a taste of molasses. I'll be following agitos advice and cutting the Bio Bloom for the last ~10 Days and use only Fish Mix and Molasses. The last two feedings then just Molasses and then just water. Sounds like a plan to me.

Nice, sounds good to me too man. Im most likely going to give them one more shot of veg and then strictly the bloom nutes. I think the ratios on this Blue Mountain Organics stuff is pretty low, so i dont expect too many problems no matter what the dosage.

Looking nice and healthy and doing all the right things there, Ive been thinking about Diesel for my next grow, so keen to see how it all goes for you.

Thanks hairy... hopefully all go nice and smoothly without any major set backs. The Diesel is finally starting to gain some height and show some nice bud sites. My other diesel doesnt get as much light tho. She is growing a bit slower. Cant wait to taste test!

Hey bro! I haven't been visiting the threads like I should the last week or so, so I missed this when you originally asked (not that it was directed specifically at me).

To me, this is an easy question to get a wrong answer to. The first thing to consider is the type of soil mix you are using. If you're using FFOF, you won't need veg ferts with auto's... in fact, you probably don't need to add much in the way of ferts at any time, even though almost all of us who use it, do add bloom ferts.

If you're using pro-mix or another unferted soil-mix, you probably need the veg nutes. :peace:

Cool.. yea i really didnt even think about the fact that im using the FFOF, so I think I'll just cut the veg out now unless i see some early yellowing. The younger ones I'll go ahead and go straight to the bloom from the start. Thanks man

Looks like my girls kinda slowed down a little on the growth spurt. Hopefully they start filling out nicely soon. The Diesel is looking pretty good...but arent i supposed to be smelling some super dank right about this time in the grow? 36 days right now and about 28 ish on the Diesel. Diesel 1 doesnt get near the amount of light as her sis and is much smaller. She sits at the edge of my light. Just now started them on the bloom nutes.
