Maroccan hash spliffs
My introduction wich somewhat leads up tp this, read if you feel like it:
https://www.autoflower.org/threads/ders-says-hi-and-reveals-his-reasons-and-goals.70976/

Me and my wife just survived a dry period of almost two weeks. It was fucking horrible. But the tolerance break though... damn apparently my tolerance was through the roof! That maroccan hash gets me high as a kite now! Heaven!

Bare with me, I learned english from the movies and magazines. I try but there will be andvanced and confusing grammars, pioneering spellings and long tangents that I at my final stages om my life will look on as a giant waste of time but at the time of writing is amusing for the author. And yes, if all else fails, I will blame it on the weed. Sweet Mary Jane, so beatiful and forgiving.

But lets get down to the good stuff. My plants got off to a pretty terrible start. I got my seeds before I got the rest of my equipment. I was eager and stupid and germinated 16 seeds. And off course my shipment got to me late. In the mean time i bought a cheap 6500k LED that was supposed to equal something I don't remember but it was really bright. To make things worse I had planted my germinated seeds in their final pot, so I had an area of 120x120cm to cover (sorry I'm gonna keep this is in cm celcius, ml, L and so forth, otherwise I'll go crazy) and all in all the light was to weak. I got gangly stretchy seedlings. I remedied this somewhat by lowering the light a bit and support the thin stems with soil and even topping up the pots with more medium as I luckily was a bit short on soil and perlit when I planted them. After around a week of terrible light and care of an anxious newb gardener my equipment arrived and my little babys where finally to enjoy the bud bringing beams of the mighty Mars-Hydro II 1600W. But horror strikes again! No tent! So like an idiot i started to light insulate our guest room and hanged the 1600W from the roof. It looked bad ass and i started to dream of having my own walking garden in the house... After another two weeks my wife smelled pot upstairs. She wasn't happy. So I started harassing the grow store, making it very clear i needed the tent yesterday. They blamed it all on tents being caught in the customs...! Thanks man, I'm gonna sleep a lot better tonight! Long story short they sent me the tent and week four my babies finally got to move in to their home. Last thursday my poor but brave plants had survived four weeks of sub optimal treatment wich included the above mentioned first week of thin weak lights, one night of way to cold temp, one borderline autistic gardener cutting holes in the pot and inserting straws in the sides, and one really bad trip down to the basement in paper bags covered with cloths. And all three first weeks in way to low humidity. All those things was in the past, it was go time. My babies was four weeks old, growing like crazy and pre flowering! I thought! Hoped! I decided it was time to let the Mars open up the throttle and I pushed the blom button. So here we are four days into full light and from what a total newb like me who is learning but really don't know anything, things are looking pretty good.

(I ended up with 14 healthy plants, 12 reasonably big and 2 small. I chopped one AK47 last thursday. We couldnt find any cannabis and my wife needs oil for her pain. She's cutting her opiates for the first time in seven years and are healthier than ever. It was painful to chop the plant but she gave us a nice jar of medicine. She will be remembered.)

I have 13 6,5L pots, all Norden Seeds autos. I'm gonna have to count them tomorrow, but its something like this:
5 AK47
4 Loke
4 Thor

20-4 light.

View media item 18215Sorry its upside down. Under poor light. Seeds just got in the pots. I use a good soil with prelite and Leca. No nutes first two weeks. GHE Protect sprayed. GHE Root Boost lightly added.

View media item 18213I think this is from 15-16 days. Under the Mars. Still no tent. Lightly watered. Im pretty sure i havent over watered.

View media item 18214And here we are at present day. 32 days old. 4 days under full light.

Edit: the pictures that don't have the LED colors are taken through LED-glasses.

So what do you think? I want and need whatever good or bad you can give me. Do they need something? Am I doing something terrible? I'm pretty sure I am. They are growing like crazy though.
I tried some LST on two plants in week two. But I want to keep this one as simple as I can. I need to learn how to grow the plants first, learn what makes them tick and what makes them sick. Then I will move on to more advanced teqniuces.

Watered yesterday. Approx 1L in the 6.5L pot. Got generous run off. I measure the pH with a calibrated pen after i apply all my nutes. My plain water is around 7.5. Medium hard. I get it down to 6.2-6.5. Soil somewhat wet/dry 1-2 inches down from top today.

I use GHE Flora Veg, Micro and Bloom. ATAMI Bloombooster. ATAMI Silicbooster. I follow the GHE scheme but not full strength.

The soil is very light. Water runs thru it very easy. The straws makes it hard to over water.

I have instruments monitoring temp and humidity. My outletfan is connected to a controller monitoring heat and it also have a light sensor and goes a bit harder in the dark period. I also have a humidifier with a controller. I have it shut of with the same timer as the light. Then i fill the humidifier and put it on again as the lights go on. Light period temp 25c-26c, dark period 16c-17c.

I also got co2 bags and according to my co2 meter they dont seem to do anything.

So guys, if you read all the way here I thank you! Now let it rip! Tell me everything I dont understand and everything I need to do and what I should stop doing.

Stay safe, love Ders

I like your honesty, makes for an awesome read! We all go through it, but now that your set up I wish you positive vibes and will keep watching!!

Plants look beautiful brother!

Thank you @archie gemmill @TORONTO_grower for your support!

The Norden Seeds girls are growing at a rapid rate right now. Gonna have to change my setup a bit today and raise the Mars. My tent only got 180 cm of height and right now my filter is right above the Mars. Gonna have to have them side by side instead. Have anyone been growing Norden Seeds AK47, Thor or Loke before? I wonder how much they will stretch. Norden Seeds say 75-100 cm. But i guess my plants rough start might have robbed them of some potential growth.

View media item 18210Is everything alright with the browning tips? To hot?

This morning they got food again. I gave them like 70% strength Flora Grow, Micro and Bloom and Atami Bloomboster. Will i need calmag?

Im trying to keep things in the VPD range and my assumption is that my leaf temp is somewhere around -1c lower then ambient since they are sweating. Inside the canopy i measured -2,5. Does this seem right?

Day 37 and we are cooking along nicely. Im feeding them 70% of the GHE recomendations for Flora Veg, Bloom and Micro. Im also adding the minimum amount of ATAMI Bloombooster and ATAMI Silic. Watering every other day. Temp 25-27c RH 50-60%. I try to hit the vpd sweetspot but Im not to worried about it. The climate in my cellar is very stable. I dial it it with fan the controller and humidifier. Usually 25c/52%. Outside the tent its about +18 and the Mars 1600 doesent warm the tent much so my exhaust fan dont need to wark hard at all. The the rest of the cellar is quiet, dark and absolutley odour free. Ive also learned that I should have bought a humidifier with a bigger tank...

circular-board.jpg
I made this circular board on wheels to keep my dirty old feet and body out of the tent and its working great. The middle of the double plywood is resting on a lazy susan from IKEA called "SNUDDA" and then it has four simple non swiveling wheels out near the edges.

This makes watering and maintaining the grow without stepping into the 4x4 tent very easy. And the girls seem to enjoy the ride! Every time i check on them i turn the board some and when watering I also turn the pots some. Sometimes just because I think its good for them and also to give large budsites optimal light.

Next grow will be the 8 Norden Seeds Auto Blue in smaller pots together with 2 Norden Seeds Auto Sativa and 2 Norden Seeds Auto Tropical in bigger pots. Since I have room in the corners, vegging of the 8 Blue's will commence shortly!

I end this post with some wise words from Frank Zappa...

"Whereupon I proceeded to take that mittenful
Of the deadly yellow snow crystals
And rub it all into his beady little eyes
With a vigorous circular motion
Hitherto unknown to the people in this area
But destined to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology
Here it goes now, the circular motion, rub it"

Stay safe, Ders

Day 37. Snagged a shot for you when i filled the humidifier. Give me buuuuuuuuuuds!

Day 38. Not much to report. Still watering every other day with 70% strength of GHE Flora Series. I have been keeping the water on the low side with 1L in the 7L pots and today i got less run of then I did the last time. Will try to up to 1.2L next feed. The tallest lady is 43cm today!
