They state they don't provide international shipping? Are you using a forwarding service?

Thank you for your email. The packages of the seeds indicate different levels of THC. Hemp contains 0% to trace amounts of THC and is legal for certain uses in the US. Marijuana is federally illegal in the US as well as prohibited per MyUS policy. Because of the indication of THC these items are being treated as marijuana and will be discarded from your suite.

That's kind of a tough nut there puggle, you're using a 3rd party service to try to ship seeds internationally (which is why I asked; ) DC states right on their website that they don't ship internationally (likely because of *drum roll*…. wait for it... wait for it... customs!) So devil's advocate here, if your forwarding service (which either goes through a customs process when it ships from seaport or airport) sees it as contraband, who is liable there? I feel for the loss of seeds brother, but seems like you got caught trying to get around the system. Just seems like their policies are fairly spelled out (and maybe you missed their terms on their page?) That was actually the first thing I did when I was on their website was to check what their shipping policies were.

In the USA. Not as a shipment going through customs (you can't get around that) that is going to be scrutinized and passed through more advanced scanners.

Stealth shipping is hiding seeds. That's different than removing seeds from original breeder packs (I actually hate it when people do that, who knows what you're actually getting.)

I've gone above and beyond to try to help you, including e-mailing them on your behalf with a link to this thread and doing some investigative work on what happened. I'm not sure why you feel the need to insult me? Who else is helping you right now? What other forum would be doing this for you right now?

You stated you're using a 3rd party shipper to send beans from a company that clearly states they don't ship internationally. Maybe kind of an important detail when claiming "harm and foul" on someone. As to stealth shipping, I put a fake order in on their website, I saw nothing of the things you're claiming. If you do want to see some of the things "I" am claiming, here's a shipping option from another seed bank:

See, if you don't request seeds not in the original packs, they probably are going to come in the original packs.

If you can't handle feedback on information you're publicly sharing, maybe you shouldn't share it (especially if you're going to post details that might elude to you being in the wrong.)
