Despite @dcseeds website indicating that they represent their products as "hemp souvenirs" my shipping company has advised me that the packaging references %THC and that is the reason they were seized and destroyed.

I also requested stealth, this clearly has not occurred.

I want a refund.

Please note, I have emailed dcseeds but they have failed to respond.

Came in a plain cardboard box no reference of what was in it. Inside package was a paper bag with my order and a freebie. Perhaps Breeder package had info on it but my package did not contain info like that. Sorry this happened to u. It was pretty much identical to how I receive mephisto orders

That's unfortunate that they haven't replied to you. I was hoping we had found a good one. I had a good experience so I hope they can cooperate

It is such a tough subject when we don't all know the full details, and it really sounds like it is the shipping company causing most of the grief, though if the packaging states THC content and you requested stealth they should have been repackaged. In my opinion, DC should help out to some degree, like split it with you since they have no control of the shipper, that is how small companies create good images for themselves and thrive. I know I had a great experience with my order through them and look forward to doing future business with them, but I am domestic USA so it is a much different situation on freight. You can always check out Oregon Elite Seeds, they ship worldwide I noticed today @puggle6

To be fair, while their FAQ does say "hemp souvenirs" there is mention of sending breeder packaging.

Hemp is legal in DC, FL and my destination.

I have never had a shipment seized and our boarder security is one of the tightest so I would expect if at all it would be intercepted there not domestic in the US. It could happen to any domestic US order..

Heck I've even had full retail pack prize seeds sent from Spain!
