New Grower day 63 not budding yet? help ?whats going on?

I will try to get pic. it is just pushing leaves out,little bouquets of leaves at all the tips.thick growth leaves everywhere. it looks like its saying I cant bud.i got energy but cant bud. healthy from day one,no other issues. the other one has been on the same grow and its had buds for along time big hairs and still white and bulking. so it sure seems like it wasn't a af seed. especially 24hr. light.which is what I thought it was for.
seems like I greated a clone plant by accident,isnt that how you do a clone mother plant, don't let it bud? I don't know much. im just mad because I could have had buds right now.

Actually, you clone a photo plant by cutting branches and turning them into "new" plants from the mother plant. Like these...

If you have already switched to 12/12, you should have flowers real soon. If not, I like @briman 's idea of 24 hrs of dark, for the sole purpose of, not disrupting light sched. for the other plant(s).
Or, you could yell at her. That works sometimes, right @derek420colorado ?

Edit: there is no scientific study indicating, yelling at plants makes them flower.

It looks like sativa, and it looks like a photo plant ready to bloom once the light schedule is changed. [emoji106]

Its been a few days now on 12/12 light, I will leave it on 12/12 light. and hope it buds up. thanks a lot for all the help.
is there some type of trimming that helps get more buds? im scared to trim because I don't know what im doing or how it works. I thought you need leaves to take in light. I need to find info on a lot of things yet.
