New Grower day 63 not budding yet? help ?whats going on?

I started two sativa auto flower fem. seeds.
its been 63 days of grow.no buds.
the one plant has lots of good buds bulking up. but the other looks like its just thinking about maybe producing buds. its full of branches and leaves. im thinking maybe it needs trimming to get energy to start buds.
I don't know how to trim for this, if you think that will even help.
I never touched the other one and its doing great.
there both in 5gal. roottrapper with kindsoil and cocoloco and 8 led lights.
I would think at 63 days there root bound and wont produce if it hasn't yet. im just guessing.
can you figure out whats going on?
maybe bad seed?

My guess is that it's not an auto seed. Try switching the lights to 12/12 and see if she starts blooming in 10 days or so...

okay. im doing 12/12 light we will see if it buds. seed co.major bummer, I bought from a seed co. but I cant find my info to remember which one. I paid for auto fem. sativa.seed. but I think I have whatever,who knows seeds.the one that did good looks more like a indica.

I will try to get pic. it is just pushing leaves out,little bouquets of leaves at all the tips.thick growth leaves everywhere. it looks like its saying I cant bud.i got energy but cant bud. healthy from day one,no other issues. the other one has been on the same grow and its had buds for along time big hairs and still white and bulking. so it sure seems like it wasn't a af seed. especially 24hr. light.which is what I thought it was for.
seems like I greated a clone plant by accident,isnt that how you do a clone mother plant, don't let it bud? I don't know much. im just mad because I could have had buds right now.

I would give them total darkness for 24 hours and that really ticks the flowering hormones!! Haven't ever had a plant hermie on that either! Shock flowering it called.
