New Grower Day 27, (2) AK, 1st time grower

Wk. 5/day 34 above soil. Expecting a harvest around day 70-80. Changed out from the LED to a 400watt HPS. The heat difference was an education experience. I spent the afternoon adjusting tent ventilation and adding fans. I did some LST 2 days ago and really opened them up. Still no pistols on the plant to the left. The one on the right has pistols every where. Did a heavy flush at 6.0 pH. I tested the run off at 6.0 pH also. Mixed the next round of feeding. Fox Farm trio schedule. First week of Tiger Bloom. Diluted the schedule by 50%. pH’d to 6.0. Will feed in a few days.

Day 46 from sprout. 42 above soil. “A” plant has is off an running. Lots of flowers. “B” plant has gotten a little taller- 9.5 inches above soil. Seems more Rudialis. Still hasn’t shown signs of sex. I’ve been running a 12/12 with 400watt hps. Pushing the Farm Farms trio-diluted 50%.

Just cruising along now. Hopefully plant “B” doesn’t turnout to be ruderalis, photoperiod and a male. I was shooting for more AK, auto, female. But growing what sprouts up to maturity is half the fun!

Forgot to add I've found if you can't get your temps where you want them by adjusting tent with fans etc sometimes it's easier to adjust the heat in the room, I tried everything and eventually closed one of the registers off in the room with the other one barely open adjusting as need be, with the added heat from the lights and air from the rest of the house from opening door etc I stay at 75 - 80 degrees in tent.

Day 52 above soil.

Plant 1 is flowering. Slow but steady. Stands 24” tall and looks good. Looking like a 75-80 day harvest.
Plant 2 is still vegging but looks like it’s going to flower soon. No time-line on harvest. Just gonna let her go and enjoy the ride.

What led you using ?
Look at skylines mate. Mk2 led. I can’t stress how good they are enough! Look at the growth on a 200 w skyline. Compared to a 400w led made by kingbo. I also have Mars that I quite enjoy. But not powerful enough. So had to get more. Spectrum is ace. Range is not so good
