Yeah that's a lot more detail than I put, our methods seem to be very similar aside from the trim after for me. I've seen a lot others do the same. Definitely don't want to skimp out on the drying part with how easy it is to overdry. Hardest part now that I have a good process down is waiting for it to dry lolDank: I will defer to those with more experience, but my protocol is exactly that and I have been happy with it. Hang dry the whole plant, if possible, them trim and into paper bags for at least 12 (more likely 24) hours. This gives the residual H2O in the center of the bud time to dry out. At about T+12 hours in the bags I pull some from each bag and put into a mason jar with hygrometer to jar test, and every 6-12 hours thereafter until I get 64% RH and then into grove bags.
I have had better cures when I put them into the grove bags with a little higher RH (i.e., 64%) and let it come down to range in the grove bag. I also but a Boost 62 pack in each grove bag as I like to cure and store my bud at slightly higher than 58%RH.
IMHO, YMMV, etc. :smoking:
