Day 34/14:

Two weeks old on the GP today! So far really impressed with 420 FastBuds in this run. Zero issues at all even with some minor mistakes on my end. They just keep stacking up more and more! Definitely keep them on your radar if you aren't already. Anyways, everyone is doing well this morning in the tent. They still seemed to be showing some signs of light stress from the UV so I turned it back to 6 hours. I calibrated the larger plants halos so I can now water all 5 at the same time to make it easier/faster. Smaller ones will still be done manually for a bit.

The Ogreberry in the sprouter popped today, hoping the other two show up here soon as well!

Anyways have a good weekend everyone!
Those ladies look happy! All FastBuds strains I've grown have been stellar. The last of which was Original Chemdawg.

Stick to the wall goodness. I particularly like both AK47 strains they offer, both with an intense Cerebral effect.

Tell me what your uv light stress looks like,? Or got a pic... I think mine is to.... I might go back to 15 min off 15 min on for 18 hr....

A small amount of leaf damage from uv can be tolerated by most strains without stressing. I had my uvb led's too close two grows ago and it caused the leaves to start blushing and developed a slight brownish tinge. At that point you need to back it off. Also it can take 2-4 days for the damage to actually show.

So my first indicator was some of my leaves were starting to show burn spots, lightly but they were there only on leaves closest to the light:

Second indicator was the leaves on the Marathon OG started to "pray" upwards and canoe a bit like this:

I run my UVA the whole time for however long it is. Right now it's at 6 hours but I've had strains that can take 12 no problem.

Yeah I always try to pay really close attention when I turn on the UVA. Burned the crap out of one of my plants before. Luckily no real damage but if scared me cause it happened quick. Turns out I just wasn't noticing the little early signs of the burn so now I really check them lol.

You can see in your third picture the blushing, it then turns into the brown splotch's.

I run 4 different led's in both uva and uvb, and let me tell you it takes a bunch of trial and error on my part to sort out the lighting schedule for each and not do a crispy to the grow! LOL LOL

I got to turn mine down then... Thanks

Yeah exactly! And I feel the pain there. I'm constantly messing with my lights and even considering adding in some farred.

Flowering plants love a bunch of far red (730nm), even the auto flowers respond well to having the far reds turn on 15 mins before sunrise and turn off 15 mins after sunset :eyebrows:

Well we had enough action on all 3 so I decided to call it day 1 and transplant them as they were all above ground at this point. The Ogreberry was already showing it's taproot through the pellet. I removed their casing, transplanted them, then misted the surface of the pots and inside the plastic domes I placed over them.
