If you're reading this I Assume you have common Fab skills. Feel free to ask questions I"ll explain or take more pics. some dimensions are important


Gen1 max-see camera mount. 2" sch40 PVC 12"ish.

If you tap a hole in the outer tube, you can put a threaded knob to lock the arm.

And if anyone wants to buy the expensive version:

Look for a Manfrotto Magic Arm, and a Superclamp.
My vote goes to Dale's contraption :thumbsup:
 
Love the J-head. I'm retired, are you interested in a milk cxrate full of end mills?
Possibly. Just semi retired myself. These are in my dads shop. It hasn’t been ran for years. Going to get him to show me how to use them again. Just got the lathe all outfitted and tip top.

I went 'Midnight Pier Shopping' one night and 'requisitioned' a brand-new lathe in the crate for the POS amfib I was on. :biggrin:
