Are those 6500's up top there? That is how I started my last grow and got super results. Staggered height to get the ratio of blue and red more towards the blue side. You will get shorter stouter plants with nice thick buds if you keep it that way all through veg. I only removed the 6500 during the stretch, then the buds all climbed and stacked up nicely.

It kind of looks like you might be doing something similar??

Nice setup either way! That is the dream setup for cobs!

Have you ever checked the umol or ppfd at the canopy. That seems like a lot of light for the space.
