lol, those roots are still babies, get a spoon and gently use it to lever the sprouts out, just be gentle and abit of movement of the roots wont kill them.

Thanks everyone for advise I went with puff man's spoon tip. Worked like a charm was able to get a big clump and seen no root sticking out of the mass. Added oregons own #8 soil (makers of nectar for the gods nutrients)(great stuff) how's this look now?
