trick question ? look overwatered but are fine and growing good.or looked overwatered but were in fact underwaterd ?

Not sure to be honest lol Been having this issue off and on but more as of late. Looks over watered but if you water the leaves bounce back. The oddity is when it starts to do this even when the pot is very obviously still wet. yet if I water bounces back. This continues till it just looks like shiz all the time unless I transplant then its good for about two weeks or till the roots hit the bottom of the fabric pot then starts this dance all over again lol I've tried just about everything to figure out whats going on but to no success lol
