We just got our basil planted. Maybe our all time favorite herb.
How do you make your tea? Do you harvest when just a few flowers are in bloom?

These are actually flowers just continually growing over winter, and now at the start of spring.
It's sub-tropical, so winter light hrs about 10.5/13.5 and vice versa in summer. Never any freezing winter to kill them, either.
But, I'm moving my pile of balcony basils and mints and things to a friends' outdoor garden, and start new plants in pots.

Haven't made basil tea before, so have no idea!!! Hahahaha!!!!!
I maybe mix with the local tea, for a basil infused local cup of chai.
Have no idea when to harvest for tea.
I grow bushy and tip for the leaves for cooking, and most people don't want to head the flowers.
So, thought I'd try to turn them into tea.
Don't know what I'm doing, so advice welcomed, thanks!!!!

I always have environmental problems.. my garage gets cold and dry in winter and hot and steamy in the summer.. I can't wait till it's outdoor time again.. probably gonna be a while. They're talking 14"-28" of snow in the next couple days

I think we’ll have a touch of frost tomorrow. I just checked the ITV3 listings.

It was so frosty this morning that I had an ice cream to warm me up.

What do you get if you cross a snowman with a shark? Frostbite.

How does Jack Frost get to work? By icicle.

The frost this morning froze my gnomes into an odd stance, icy pose.

Thought it was going to be frosty so plugged my electric blanket in beside my toaster. I kept popping out of bed all night.

Looked like frost so I left my money outside. I wanted cold hard cash.

So frosty this morning that I couldn’t text properly. Had typothermia.

It was so frosty this morning that I opened the fridge to heat the house.

thought for the day...you have a 3 foot bong and there is a foot and a half between the shelves of the cupboard.bong dont fit.but a 3" hole in one shelf and it will.

You know? It figures that my first hermie is on a plant I don't want the pollen from. She's a too tall, no auto, 60 days to hermie! No thank you poppa!

I suppose if I want smaller plants I better make them a smaller rezervoir. 15 gallons tends to make em BIG... lol

I wish I could let this Terrestrial Triangle Dragon continue for you. I had just taken it out of the room and set it on my desk to pull it and decided to smoke a bowl and cruise LS first and saw yours. Short, wide, lots of sites, 24% +/-, and BUSHY. Biggest fans I've ever seen. Hints of skunk.
