See? I mean, that's the only way I like chicken liver, but a good pate on a toast... Yum!

Now, in Brazil, we eat grilled chicken hearts. And I KNOW it sounds barbaric, but if you grew up eating it, you don't realize what it is before you realize you love it...same goes to tripe. I probably wouldn't be inclined to try it for the first time today...

My missus has just gotten into some paleo diet... man some of the food sounds like crap but turns out great!, that being said some of the stuff is straight up nasty! I "have" to tag along and try it with her
