9Bear, thanks for the encouragement! I have a feeling it's going to be a long, tough road to reverse 50 yrs. of smoking. You want to see an interesting smoking fact.....I just figured this out.....it's not exact but close enough to really freak me out...I figure I have probably averaged about a pack a day smoking over 50 yrs. There are 20 cigs in a pack, so 20x365=7,300 cigs a yr, then 7,300x50=365,000 lifetime cigs if my math is correct!! 365,000!!!!!!!!! Shit, when you think about it this way, it's a wonder I have any lungs left. Not to mention the money involved. They were much, much cheaper back in the day, but still........They are close to $5US a pack here.....30x$5=$150 month......$150x12mths=$1800 a yr I could spend on much more fun and important things! Blows the mind!
