when is it "safe" to transplant seedlings outside...I have them in a side cut solo cup..how many leaves...it will be a guerrilla grow of course

Sooooo many variables!! First weather...nice and warm? Growing auto? I like to grow them under lights for 14 days at least to maximize results.

Hello everyone, been a crazy day here. Had to get a new fridge but it won't be in till the 30th and they can't deliver it till the 12th of next month. Atleast the deep freezer still works.
