I hear the Japanese pay BIG $$$$ for Kobe beef and has to be perfectly marbled . :thumbsup:

There is a new franchise called Bonefish Grill that serves a Kobe Burger for around $20. It had a terrible mushy texture and no distinct flavor. A rip.

they sat in a box for years,till i decided i would stick them to a plank of wood :shrug: if id have known id have posted them off.

Seems the more I read up on it, the more it looks like this weekend is going to be time to chop the speed buds grow. The average phenom yields around 30 grams, and before 10 weeks, the trichs are clouding up. That's pretty much what i am looking at with mine.
