It's cracked, but no movement from the taproot tip in a day or two. Gonna let it sit in there a couple more days.

I've heard it stated somewhere that 7 t0 21 days to germ is not unusual !! I've never had any . If their cold or in a cool environment it may slow them down . Try warm water or an warmer environment .
