Totally agree bud....the growing part is even heavier extortion. Sure you can get a license to grow....but you MUST use legally procurred genetics form a licensed supplier......worst part? The majority of them is stealing genetics from european breeders!!
I actually found a producer that sells clones of Dutch Passion and TGA(the only supplier i found that actually gives credit to the folks doing the work!!)....$175 for two clones(+tax + shipping)......how fucked is that?[/QUOTE ]



You need to keep a log of purchases? How do they keep track or should I say..how do they know if what you have growing is what it says it is? You cannot grow from seeds gotten through these licsened supplier?

howdo peeps whats the point of legalizing something if the rules regulations and stipulations surrounding make it near imposible to grow legally.you gona get done for tax ivasion or something daft instead of production/intent to supply.
how about just keep it illegal but just do nothing ? just like its legal to kill a scotsman on a wednesday afternoons if they have a red sporran and you have 4 buttons on your sleeve.
