.Ascorbic acid from what I've read does neutralize chlorine without adding extra vitamins but I've never used it..What I did was searched for a water report from my local water company and determined how I would go about it..

Thanks, Goblin, that's helpful. Turns out we just have chlorine here, so I will give the vit c a shot, at least until I can get a filter

Nice! I should know this lol!

My experience has shown a stable 6.5-6.8 pH in my fish tank, the water us a living cocktail of stuff with 2 main bacteria which I'm not going to try and spell or copy pasta..

Converting ammonia to N, along the way you end up with a very nice base water free of contam!
A tank (or even a barrel!) With an aggregate, water flow and oxygen (bubbler) best water you can ever give your girls!
You don't even need fish, if you grow aquatic plants you can enrich the water even further with oxygen!

So I did 2 tents my first grow, just harvested one tent (2 Mephisto Sour Crack) and they're drying. I need help deciding what strain to grow in this tent now, and what nutes/root stuff to try out next under COBs in DWC buckets.

My strain options right now are all Mephisto:
I could grow more Sour Crack,
Skywalker (about to harvest 2 of those in the other tent in the next week or so)
SODK
Samsquanch OG.

Also, My first grow, I just used FloraNova Bloom (lucas formula) the whole way through, adding a bit of cal-mag and hydroguard once I started having root problems... No bloom aids or anything like that.

I'm doubling my air pumps and stones, will be using hydroguard the whole grow this time.

What root accelerator type stuff and nutrients do you all use, or should I consider using instead of just doing the same thing over again?

Thanks!
