You've inspired me to add walking the neighborhood to my daily routine. During the week I took about 25 minutes to walk during work, then another 15-30 once I get home.
It's been pretty nice and relaxing, only wish I could have a joint with me at work lol
Mornin, friends. Looks like I've definitely managed to fracture a rib. Gave some thought to going to the doctor, but about all they are going to be able to do for me that I am not already doing (lots of Advil) is give me opiates. As much as I would like the additional relief they provide, I am not so sure I want to deal with the after-effects to my already screwed up lower GI.
