available moisture is good, especially as things dry out. Your job, find the best spot. When do you plant?

I haven't done outside grow..but around here, after second week of march is safe ..that's when I bring my frost protected plants outside (typically)

nice early start! I would see how wet/dry soil conditions are at that that time and decide. can you get water from the spring for summer watering?

I could..only problem that I see..is I am only on that property once a week...anything more than that..flags would go up

if you can figure out where to plant soil moisture should carry the day, sounds like a good guerrilla grow location

@Padawan1972 , you said 18" to water now, is this peak, will it higher? If you think this max, maybe a good spot to plant, as long as you aren't flooding seedlings

I would feel comfortable saying we have another month of good rain..its not flooding..nor have a seen it flood..I've work on this property for 5 years..
