White bass! Nice!! Yeah we have some crazy trout runs...5-15 pound rainbows in 2 feet deep crystal clear rivers....casting mepps spinners in the right spot and they bulldog rush the lure and then the real fun begins!! ;)
Black n yellow? Gotta love a mepps
The walleye, saugeye, and northern pike love those here.
For white bass, I'll either use a Shad-Rap or Flicker Shad, Or put a chartreuse (bright green) spin tail on a bright pink arkie jig head... Which works for pan fish too.
I tend to match the hatch, Unless I'm fishing right up under the dam. Then I'll either throw a small bluegill, big threadfin shad, or chicken liver... You'll either get a big shovelhead, Channel, or Blue cat, Or one of those hybrid striped bass that'll pull you in if you're not ready.

We use large crankbaits like 6" rapala husky jerks for pike, bass and walleye......if exclusively fishing for walleye a 1/4 fireball jig with live bait pounds the walleye. Also use 1/2oz+ spinnerbaits for pike and bass. Some soft plastics too

Yes...:headbang:...you would find clumps of it at the beach in the UK...if you were lucky...

I'm a Wuss...never tried a magic mushroom.....only ever tried canna...and I didn't do that until I was in me 30's..

There are supposed to be magic mushies here...but in all the hours walking the dogs..we never found any..

Grapes are coming in.....:headbang:

Good morning ? Stoners, Mossy, the farm looks great. Seems like yesterday you were moving in. Easy to say when I didn't have to put in the work. Looking for shrooms, look for cows and hope Spanish farmers are more friendly than ours towards the swarm of city folk who show up in their fields looking in their cow pattys.
Whats growing in the field in the background?

Thanks for the Gershwin 9Bear, smooth.

How about a live unboxing of sorts?

And that'll do for now...
Solo NLE is here.
I'll do a review after my wife's home this evening.

The pike are harder to come by around here. Half the time, when you catch them it's on a goldfish on the edge of an eddy or by a downed tree... Unless you go 30 miles north of me. They'll hit shad raps and husky jerks, clear spooks and bluegill colored squarebills sometimes.
Never see any pike over 4' long around here anymore. 20 years ago, You'd pull them in left and right.
