I did a tour of the distillery in Kentucky, and got to taste some straight 9 years i think, in the barrel... Mannn... Smoothest, mouth numbing-est bourbon I've ever had.

Yeah about all they do is filter out any wood/charcoal particles. Otherwise it's straight and uncut from barrel to bottle. Amazing stuff.
