I've had that when I was up in VA, it's a little hot for my liking but it had good flavor!

Ever have any Booker's? It's a bit stronger. Really hard to get these days. This bottle is about 1/4 left, and that's it until next batch (late summer, I think)

it just sucks when you're taking that sip from a new bottle and what you thought was going to be a nice mellow Seurat turns out to be a Pollock... Then you're left wondering if your buddy that recommended it has any tastebuds at all...

Especially when it's a tad pricey. The Booker's is always a winner, and I recently finished a bottle of Jefferson's Reserve.. Also excellent. This one is a new adventure for me. Gonna pour a glass in a few hours and we'll see..

I wish you smooth libations, I've mastered my own old fashioned's when I'm not using rye, I love bourbon, right now after experimenting, I'm still blown away by just how good Evan Williams single barrel is for the price...

In the hopes of not being that "friend with no tastebuds..." I cannot recommend Booker's highly enough. If you're lucky enough to find a bottle, grab it.

I can appreciate someone elses tastebuds but I personally am not a fan of brown liquors. I'll play cowboy with a bottle of tequila any day though lol

They are...most people though hear Evan Williams and automatically go to that time when everyone had spare change and a bender with a half gallon of regular Evan Williams...they're TOTALLY different and in a good way
