Sorry for fleshing out the CannaSim idea here, but I cannot think of a better place to collect ideas. I am absolutely serious about this. I think with enough work and contributions from others (information, not monetary. I would never in a million years charge money for software I wrote as a personal project) this could be a very useful tool.
Now that I think about it... I will make this an open source project. I am absolutely certain that there are more stoners in the networking/software development field that most people realize. If this gets attention, it will get traction.

This is what happens when I drop a giant glob of extract into the oven assuming it will be crap. And being happily wrong.

In thinking about it, this would make more sense to work in another mode as well.. One of an active grow journal. As long as you are diligent in collecting (and reporting) data to the software, it should be able to make reccommendation regarding nutrient adjustments or perhaps toss out a warning when trends are pointing to a problem in the future. Might as well make it as useful as possible.

Another way to describe it: One place to record all the information about a grow, with some intelligence behind it that can warn you when it sees a problem coming. I am really liking this idea.

Yes! I don't know if you've read my introduction to AFN but I was paralyzed bad a accident by a drunk diver Dec.1990 and when asked what I needed to make me comfortable, not expecting me to make it. I asked for a cassette player and Tesla. All my mother could find at the store was Five Man Acoustical Jam... I didn't care. I wore it out over an 8-week stay in ICU.

Damn dude that's some heavy shit!! I'm so sorry to hear that! I love that album! Matter of fact I was gonna play some in a few! I'll tag ya!

So stuffed after supper... I'll be back after rolling a couple!
