I'll mod it to canna v1.0 lol
When you think about it, a well done cannabis simulator type of thing would be a great way to virtually experiment with changes in environmental conditions and the like. Perhaps starting with easier strains, and progressing to harder strains. Pilots use simulators so they can better avoid flying a metal tube packed with hundreds of people into the side of a mountain. We need something that will help us from turning a potential 1/2 pound of nuggets into compost. I am a fairly competent developer, but something like that is way over my head. Maybe.

Could not agree more. The advent of services like Steam and Origin, coupled with the availability of high speed internet... The era of the DVD (and the damn manuals) is long gone. Shame, too. There was something about having the physical object in your hand... Not being at the whim of technology outside of your house.
Ya it blows. It's slowly coming around though. They are realizing not everyone has internet or unlimited internet to keep up.

Just made a note to myself to pursue that as a development project. It won't be pretty.... but it will be possible to adjust any of a range of variables over time and see the results. I'll need some help with the non-chemist/software developer information, obviously. The point is that I am positive this is possible, and I am keen to kick it off when I am done with my current project.

Nice man!

Realizing is one thing. Giving a shit is another. Up until recently, the exact year escapes me, you had a right as a consumer to demand physical media for any software product for which you were licensed to use. I could be wrong. I often am.
