In theory, you would think it should work because both an enail controller and the controller(s) for the average rosin press are both just PID heating element controllers at heart. However, after looking at both of mine, I think the biggest issue you're likely to run into is that since they are made by different folks, they might use different connections. I don't know if all enails use the same as other enails, or if all presses use the same connections as other presses. I imagine if you shop around enough you could find some that match up.
I know that BeeNail makes a little Hextractor press that has an enail connector built in to be a kind of all in one unit. Someone has a nice review thread for it is over in their vendor section.
To show what I'm talking about, here's my controllers. You can see the connection for the press heating element on the top controller is totally different than the enail connector on bottom.
