gonna make a danish speciality called "dyrelægens natmad"

that rye also looks so good .. i know the feel breaking through that crust ... we do ryebread ..very good here :vibe: kindda danish trademark
sourdough rye, the natural yeast in the cabin do the heavy lifting, 2 days of conditioning before the oven, even bread takes longer in the arctic
