We have an A-frame inside the pump house shed that has a pulley system that goes down to the pump. I won't be able to do it because of my back/legs so will have to see if I can get a friend over to help. But I don't want to put them out during the holidays.

That sucks bro, Too bad your far from me, I know how to change the pump..I had my share of issues over Thanksgiving..

Shit Ii I was your neighbour you would be having a hot shower tonite. I live out in the middle of nowhere we have to rely and depend on our neighbours same as you. But I would come over during the holidays. But then again it is hard to bother someone on a holiday. Bushmaster if you have to just call a neighbour get er done everyone needs water. Gonna try to see about taking the heat gun to the pipe to see if it might get going again. But even switching the pump over to electric don't feel any sort of vibration from it trying to work.
