Catch tray, always. But a rack is a must to keep the bottom of the pots above the drainage

How large of an area are you trying to grow in?

The room is about 7X8, I'd say 6X6 of honest grow space. This is a big opportunity to help some folks, rubs smoke and RSO. I've been given a very small budget, won't even cover seed
