@Cotton46 I use Apera pH meter... Its gone down in price actually since I bought mine a little over a year back... May pick up another just to have 2 to compare occasionally to ensure accuracy here's a link for it on eBay. .. Got mine from amazon

I use the Apera also. I love it. I got the Apera EC/TDS meter too because I liked it so much. I wish I had bought the upgraded kit in the first place. They have some very expensive high end lab meters too. That makes for good quality on the cheaper ones.

That's gonna be me by the end of the week. It's kitchen renovation time starting today. Tile floor destruction and removal is a messy proposition. I'm gonna be ready for war by Saturday.

thankfully like all my mates are joiners and such so i generally dont need to get too much involved with stuff like that. couldnt build an ikea flatpack to save my life so its a good aswell : )

Yeah mine has been dead on even with my lazy growing style of calibrating maybe every couple months if that. I spent a good couple of hours viewing different manufacturers when I settled on that one. I bought it to replace a Hannah that I knew was giving me bad readings and it was only 6 months old. Sometimes it would hold calibration 5 minutes, sometimes 5 days. Not having a reliable meter isn't an option for a soilless grower. I bought their tds/EC meter also. Both have done me well and i highly recommend them
