S speaking of Coco and watering, how do you water a seedling without overwatering it?

After presoaking the coco, I tried going to small waterings can help prevent this, giving like 50ml twice a day for the first 7 days or so. Bumped it up to 75-100ml twice a day the next week, my girl seems to be surviving that.
