I am assuming it would be 400 real draw?

Curious to see myself. Even 400W would be huge for a single chip. Unless it's something way different than the usual Cree and such you see being used. For example, I think that the AutoCOB lights are run at 150W for their single chip. Personally I'm wondering if that was a typo and it's supposed to be 90W, which would be more in line. Haven't seen the spectrum targeted, pink/purble COB's like that one looks to be before. Could be interesting to see some efficiency, side by side clone comparison grows with spectrum based COB's versus full spectrum, white light. :smoking:

UNless I am mistaken member @F.N. has tried this type of light before....based on my own personal experience with Popular grow lights(though i use the standard 3w epistar models not the 3w COB??? model), if you are on a really tight budget I would try one out especially if power consumption isnt a factor.

Thought the auto cob was 50 watts

My populargrow 100X3

Okay so gram per watt isnt superb, but even with my errors(i am usually high as hell and make errors...lol), i am usually pulling 1 grams per watt from my galaxy 100X3w (140 actual draw)
Added UV and IR spectrum is great for crystal production. I have been running mine for hmm little over 20 months at 24/0 with no burnt diodes or other problems

Deep down in the description on that "900W" LED it says that the actual power consumption is 100W. Sooooo....how they get from there to 900 is the same old "what the hell is a LED watt, anyway?" question with most LED grow lights. :baked:
