I'm weird when I drink, too. I warn people while we're drinking that "due to the fact that I'm a musician, my mind operates differently, and I'll come across as weird" when I'm drunk :stoned:
Of course... Putting away my misanthropy long enough to have drinks with people only comes after I've been on stage haha.

I play bass in a blackened death metal band. Think of Carnifex, but with elements of black metal thrown in and in Drop G (bass is a 5 string, guitars are 7s)

I also play a lot of open mic nights with the local cover bands when I need to "relax" musically haha

about to get my first taste of ALF5 right now. I was able to get it out of the bags and into the jars today, so I kept a taster. It's still green, but DAYUM. This gonna be some killer smoke. Super sharp sour smell, not citrus, but sharp and sour. sharp cheese like but with some sweetness too. Very tough to describe the smell. medicinal after taste, heavy smoke. Still sticky as hell after 4 days in the bag too.

Watching her grow is fascinating to me. Pic under the blurple is from yesterday, normal lit is today. Her pointies have doubled in size since yesterday, and the new growth has gotten bigger and more textured.
S'pose I should hop on the computer and start a journal one of these days, Since it appears she may actually survive...

My brain does not handle heavy music for long anymore. I'm way too old for that these days. I don't go to bars anymore, I can't handle the hubbub. I will get increasingly anxious till I have to go.
