Yeah its not too unusual for us to deal with winter temps like we are....usually a few days a winter it gets like this. So true about the pets! Man out indoor dogs arent outside for 5 minutes and their feet are cold....no doubt!! Spoiled pups!

We're good for 10 below f or so, after that it's game on, I'll even heat the chicken coop.

crickey with numbers like that it dont matter much if its F or C still bitter cold,the UK would break in bits.

For anyone not used to it, make sure to open you sink cabinets, leave a trickle running on all your faucets, both hot and cold, to minimize the chances of pipes freezing. And for Petes sake, look after any outdoor pets

And have some water stored up.
