Harvest & Curing cure question

I'm all jarred up at 61% rh. This is gonna go to long term storage, as I'm not in need for a while. My question is, how long can I safely leave it sealed w/o opening it? I want a good long cure and I think opening the jar would reduce my % inside. At the same time I don't want a moldy mess. Would a burp once a month be okay?
 
oh sorry.... i'd say a month is a bit long 1x a wekk maybe once you hit the 60% range like that.

tbm could tell ya better, he's the curing expert here.


I always air on the side of caution... as ive lost entire ounce bags to not burping enough... very frustrating / dissapointing

Thanks that's what I was looking for. Holding at 61. BTW where do you find those bovedas? I'll Google it. Rh in my place is usually around 50%. Do you think two or one? I love a good long cure had stuff that tasted good turn great. Appreciate the knowledge brutha.
