New Grower cross pollination

i have 5 groups for seed.each set has been pollinated by same strain and males pulled.can i now sit them close under lights to finish with out cross polinating them.?if a female is pollinated she cant be again right?help me out guys!!!

Yes she can.
Keep the plants, that have been pollinated, separate from the others, for 5-6 hours. This will be enough time for mom, to uptake the pollen. Then lightly mist the moms, with PH adjusted water. The misting will make the remaining pollen, inviable, so cross pollenation will not occur.
