New Grower Critical+ Auto starting to grow very wonky.

So I have two Critical+ growing that were started at the same time. One looks normal but the other is very strange. It's not symmetrical at all and just misshapen. Also if I smell each of the plants up close the weird one is already skunky the other is not. I've never had a plant grow this way.
