Grow Mediums Could someone point me in the right direction?

Consider growing with the high humidity that the Vapor Pressure Deficit chart recommends.
Subtract about 5 F from air temp to get leaf temp, then stay in the green.

To take leaf temperature you can use a TDS/PPM/EC Meter; they are made for water but have tried the method holding it by the leaf and temperature drops to what is close to the leaf temp.
