@Corgy Bro, they were probably smoking Des Frans.... I hear that stuff is mental, when are they gonna do an Auto of that????? I would love to spend the day at DP HQ seeing what goes on!
Totaly agree the brooklyn sunrise is my fav smoke ever best balanced high ever and the smell and taste OH BOY
I was put off by the DP website, although they say it has a strong initial euphoric high, they then go on about it being an ideal morning/breakfast choice. That led me to think it was a bit lightweight... I'm kicking myself now!
@912GreenSkell was also telling me how good the Sunrise was....
I have plenty of Auto beans but I'm thinking of growing some regulars after this grow, Summer's on it's way and ambient temps get upto the high 30's during the day making growing on Autos with lights on 24/0 (or even 20/4) very difficult. I also have plenty of reg beans, so I won't be ordering for a while. Never say never though!!!!!
Fantastic job on your girls
@Teetee that last harvest was very very nice....
subbed as well my friend
Nice of you mate, and it's because of your's and other's renewed interest plus the regular visits from
@MedLion,
@912GreenSkell @verbalkent412 and
@farmergreen007, I've decided to carry on this thread with my latest attempt....
I'm just having a test joint of Colorado Cookie, about 3 weeks cured...... it's such a lovely tasty smoke.... there's some in the grinder if you wanna bang one up!
I can't believe how intense the Skyline light is..... it's not like the soft purple glow of the Photons or the Helios.... it's full on bright white! I shit myself when I open the tent at night in case anyone sees a bright flash light up the night sky.
The plants seem to like them though, it's day 16 so here they are....
from the top, clockwise.... Night Queen, Colorado Cookie and Daiquiri Lime
Temps are between 15 and 25C, lights are on 24/0..... the Queen and Cookie have a Skyline each and the Lime has a Photon 126.
I set the lights about 2ft above the seedlings, and I've been letting them grow up to the lights.
The girls are all around 15cm high, 30cm wide, and drinking about a litre of EC 0.8 nute a day at pH 5.8.
This is the Cookie...
she had a tiny bump to her start, one of her cotyledons was deformed, and her initial leaves were slightly off kilter, but now she's flourishing.
The Lime also had a few small imperfections in her first few leaves, and is perhaps a centimetre shorter than the others but again, she is looking good, and has the widest span of the lot.....
The Night Queen is doing the best of all, she is perfect!
Now they're bedded in nicely, I am gonna nudge up the EC by a half today, raise the lights a touch and see if I can push them up a bit.
I have to order some Coco to repot them at around day 28... there's no hydro shops round here for hundreds of miles, and delivery takes a good couple of weeks...... better pull my finger out!
Have a good weekend!
