i really get tired of trimming to much at once, so i was thinking of starting my girls 2 weeks apart so i only have 2 or 3 plants to do at 1 time.
how would i deal with the humidity as i only have 1 room?
higher for vegging or lower for flowering or around 50% throughout?

I run my veg room and flower room between 60 and 70 all year round. My flower room stays near on 70rh.
To avoid bud rot in my flower room I make sure to lower the rh to around 55 - 60 during lights out. The ladys will give off more moisture during this time, you often see a big spike about 1hr before lights on. Plus the temp drop so that's when the bud rot likes to strike.
What lights are you running?

Don't forget to have good air flow above and below the canopy if you raise the rh
