Cheaper is correct. I am on my 2nd replacement unit. Hopefully this one lasts more than 3 runs. I actually really like the STX it works well.
The company sent me a free replacement with all the accessories.
I will give them credit they have very good customer service. The 2nd replacement was actually out of warranty since I only use it every few months BUT they still replaced it.

If you want a easy way to use your bud this machine is great.

So Far so good with the 3rd unit. I have made Tincture and Infused coconut oil with no issues. They sent me the deluxe bundle with both replacement units so I now have the screens and molds along with a nice spatula.

If you like to make edibles this makes it way easier.
I really want a Ardent but money is tight and my toaster oven works pretty good.

I think even if you had to pay for three you would still be money ahead compared to a laboratory hot plate but what a pain in the arse!

I'll always have bud for smoking and vaping, but I'm gonna have to trend to thinking more about concentrates. Getting older and wanting to keep reasonable lung health and just as important, a better method of delivery for pain that I and my Vet friend have, both nerve pain, but different locations and source cause. I can make some pretty easy chocolate or gummies now with this info. If we both get better results, I'll explore the world of concentrates more.

Have you considered a Volcano for vaporizing for the lung harm reduction, or CBD (or THC/CBD) balms for the pain? I love my Volcano, also have lung issues I need to manage. We've had a lot of relief from a scrub on balm/bar that's camphor and 1:1 CBD for my back issues (it saved a ski trip last year) and her back and hip issues.

I'm sure you've considered both, but if not, can't recommend either enough. Then again, a good edible/RSO never hurts either. Good luck! Let us know how the edibles work out for you guys.
