First up, Hi everyone and long time no see. I have just had this brought too my attention and every UK Grower should be doing this.

Medical Marijuana

Did you know that as Common Law rights are universal to all, then men and women should have the right to access the medicine they so desperately need.
People have faced unimaginable obstacles, persecution and even prosecution, when all they are doing is acting in pursuit of a better quality of life.

The people have expressed their opinion that marijuana has helped with the following, cancer, MS, ME, Coeliacs disease, nausea and sickness, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, amongst others, as well as reports that it reduces stress, helps them to concentrate and improves their energy levels.

Could one benefit of marijuana be that people get a better understanding of what values are important in life, to see through the veil that pervades society, where laws are made to try any control people into servitude for the benefit of vested interests?

Marijuana is overwhelmingly less harmful than extended abuse of smoking tobacco and alcohol, both of which result in more lost man hours to the country’s efficiency and productivity and is currently crippling the NHS, with disease related referrals.

Society may benefit to the tune of £Millions if marijuana could improve the outcomes of people, causing less hospital referrals and less of a burden on the NHS.

There has been zero recorded cases of death by overdose of marijuana, whilst it is important to note that everyone’s physiology is different and their reaction to marijuana will correspondingly be different, so caution is advised so that people can find the correct amount of marijuana and the best methodology of taking it that suits them best.

Court Order (CO/17/1) 19th November 2017

Under Common Law, men and women over the age of eighteen (18) can now lawfully use the marijuana plant for its medicinal properties.
It is further ordered that any man or woman wishing to rely on the marijuana plant for its medicinal properties is lawfully entitled to grow and responsibly use this plant.

Any man or woman wishing to rely on this order to claim their Common Law right, will only be able to do so if they have recorded their birth with the Common Law Court and completed their Lawful Statement on the following links:

Safeguard yourself when growing!

That is all and sorry if this is not the right place to post, and if that is the case please feel free to move it to a more relevent sub section of AFN.

Ok, the only places I can see that “common law” as referenced in your post is on the CLC website and a South African cannabis website. No legal or judicial website has it anywhere. Can you cite who the defendant and prosecutors were, who was the judge or court that made that ruling and in what country? You won’t be able to find out because the “court order” is an order that they (the CLC) created on their own. Regardless if you register to their organisation, this order they invented would not stand up in any court in the U.K.
The CLC are a made up organisation who, judging from their website, have no legal background or named lawyers/judges/solicitors in their organisation, and if they do they don’t reference them anywhere I can see on their website. I’m not sharing my details with a phoney organisation with no credentials!

phishing scam at worst,or complete and utter tripe at best.
as they selling birth certificates, meh make yer own mind up :toke: cant find any of the cases they post referring to canna in uk.
on the law front its bollocks...as a private prescription and at the last estimated cost a month was £3000,and even better luck to you finding in a private doctor willing to prescribe cannabis in the uk.a prescription is the only legal means to obtain cannabis in the uk lawfully.
keep er lit

They are not selling birth certs, you just need your birth cert to register with common law and actually common law is a legit thing, may not be well known (Obviously) Maybe look into it before commenting, what are the chances that you commented without even researching? I'd say good tbh. ]

All the best.

Also they charge for an ID or cert not for registering with common law, you don't need the id's they are just handy to have! So no phishing scam here. Perhaps you really should look into common law, magna carta and the fact the laws are illegal, its a lot to delve into. But the more that become aware, the less they (Gov) can control .

common law ( a legit law)....as in i have lived with a woman im not married to for 7 years.......common law says she can have have my possessions, and me half of her possesions.as we treated under law common or otherwise as a married couple.
common law court ? is that for like maybe when you 200 miles off the coast or something ? because there aint shit ya can sign up for in the uk that somehow means you exempt from the same laws as very other uk peep.common law/uk law/uk acts is all one and the same.
they want your birth certificate/drivers license etc. to copy it.......and then sell to others on another site.
magna carta ???? what ya wanna tell me about it ? i seen it many times and lived in the town it was displayed at.it means shit all today as far as uk law goes.
laws are illegal ? try telling a judge that when you been done for X plants, cause whatever bollocks you signing up for here aint gonna do diddly.
i have clicked and read it.
maybe i got something wrong, maybe you can explain it differently.
good luck n keep er lit
